Humpty Dummpty Dip

This “Humpty Dumpty Dip” transforms the classic deviled egg into a shareable, creamy dip that’s perfect for parties or a casual snack. It’s rich, tangy, and packed with flavor, making it an instant crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Eggs, hard-boiled and peeled 12
Cream cheese, room temperature 1 (8 oz) package
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Yellow mustard 2 tablespoons
White vinegar 1 ½ tablespoons
Paprika 1 teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Black pepper Pinch
Cayenne pepper Pinch
Chopped chives, divided 2 teaspoons
Pickles For garnish (optional)
Crackers or veggies For serving

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Eggs for Processing: Take 6 of the hard-boiled eggs and place them whole into a large food processor. For the remaining 6 eggs, cut them in half. Add only the yolks to the food processor with the other 6 whole eggs, and set the egg whites aside.
  2. Blend the Dip Base: To the food processor, add the room temperature cream cheese, mayonnaise, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, salt, black pepper, a pinch of cayenne pepper, and 1 teaspoon of the chopped chives. Process at high speed until the mixture is fully blended and smooth.
  3. Incorporate Egg Whites & Serve: Roughly chop the reserved egg whites. Add them to the blended egg mixture and gently hand mix to combine. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Top with the remaining 1 teaspoon of chopped chives and an additional sprinkle of paprika. If desired, garnish with sliced pickles.
  4. Serve: Serve chilled with crackers, pretzels, or your favorite veggie sticks.
